Concerned about getting the COVID vaccine? Not sure about the side effects—or the long-term effects? It’s your body and you have the right to say no. This doesn’t mean you’re an “anti-vaxxer” or any of the other negative terms that people throw out there. It means that you’re exercising your rights to make a decision about what you put into your body.

There are things you can do, however, to protect yourself against COVID without getting the vaccine. I encourage you to read the blog that I wrote about this recently.

Safe stay and stand your ground. You only have one body—and you get to make the decisions about it. If you don’t want to get the COVID vaccine, you don’t have to!
