The patient is a 34 year old woman who wanted to increase cup size from A to full B and wanted to look very natural and tasteful.
She had subpectoral augmentation with Sientra shaped oval base, moderate profile silicone implants, 290cc. I pre-treated her skin with hydroquinone cream, used Quill sutures and taped the scars for 3 months post-operatively to help the scars heal well. Patients with more pigmented skin can develop hyperpigmented scars and these steps can help reduce that risk. She healed well and pleased with the natural look of her implants.
