34 year old single woman, no children, presented for consultation about breast asymmetry, small size and sagging. Her bra size was 34B. She wanted to be slightly fuller but tasteful and to have correction of the asymmetry and sagging on the right. Although she knew she needed a lift on the right side, she wanted to avoid a vertical scar if possible. She had subfascial breast augmentation via an inframammary fold incision and placement of Sientra shaped silicone implants, oval shape, moderate profile, 210cc, using the Keller funnel to protect against capsular contracture. After the implants were placed, I observed the patient while she was still under anesthesia, in the sitting position (the anesthesiologist put the back of the operating table up) and it was apparent she needed a lift on the right side and I performed a peri-areolar mastopexy on the right. Post-operatively the patient is happy with her C cup bra size and the symmetry between the breasts. She is three years post-op.
