This patient sought to correct the asymmetry of her breasts, as well as reduce her cup size to resolve back and neck pain. The series of photographs depicts two procedures – first we performed a reduction that restored the symmetry and youthful contour she desired. Next we refined her result with a revision of her scars, resulting in a wonderful reduction and lift. As is visible in the her final post-operative images, this patient’s scars healed beautifully and she is extremely happy with her final result.
