This patient is a professional 28 year old woman who wanted to reduce the size of her breasts. Her large breasts were causing neck and shoulder pain.
The large size also interfered with her ability to exercise and she felt matronly. She did not like the sagging and asymmetry of her breasts. Her bra size was 36DDD.
I removed 545 grams on the right and 380 grams from the left using a superior pedicle. She only has a lollipop pattern scar. After the surgery, her bra size is 36C, her discomfort is gone and she can easily exercise. She is able to wear age appropriate clothes, which makes her very happy, and she feels confident.
